  • Prices and timelines are based on the information provided by the client and may change if project scope or conditions vary.

3. Payments

  • Payment terms are outlined in the client’s signed contract or invoice.

  • Deposits may be required before work commences.

  • Late payments may incur interest or administrative fees as specified in the contract.

  • Ownership of materials supplied remains with Gaiacon Interiors Pty Ltd until full payment is received.

4. Cancellations and Variations

  • Requests for project changes or cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Additional costs or delays resulting from variations will be communicated to the client before proceeding.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable once project materials or labour have been allocated.

5. Workmanship and Warranty

  • Gaiacon Interiors Pty Ltd guarantees that all work will be performed with professional skill and care, in accordance with Australian building standards.

  • Any warranty claims must be made in writing within the period specified in the project contract.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, neglect, or external factors outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaiacon Interiors Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client under the specific contract for which the claim relates.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and materials on this website are the property of Gaiacon Interiors Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any material without our written consent.

8. Privacy
